Are you looking for a creative, meaningful, and cozy after-school activity for your child?

From September 2026, the NOORD LOOM studio in Vilnius Old Town will launch the CHILDREN'S SEWING CLUB - weekly sewing lessons for young creators, curious designers, and everyone interested in creating with their own hands. ✂️🧵

These are not just sewing lessons. It's a space where children learn to sew, mend, create, experiment, explore textiles, fashion, and their unique style. We develop not only practical skills but also patience, independence, creativity, self-confidence, and the joy of creating with their own hands.

At NOORD LOOM studio, we believe it's very important for children to have a place where, after school, they can step away from screens, be among like-minded peers, make new friends, and discover their creative world. Here, not only the result but also the process is important – a slower pace, curiosity, ideas, and time for oneself.

🦋 We await children in the cozy NOORD LOOM studio in Vilnius Old Town, where textiles, creativity, and new talents meet in one space.

Who are these lessons for?

The lessons are designed for children aged 7 to 14 who want to:

🧵 learn sewing basics

🧵 get acquainted with the sewing machine safely and fun

🧵 create accessories, clothing details, or small textile projects

🧵 learn to mend, redesign, and give new life to items

🧵 explore fashion, textile design, and style creation

🧵 spend their after-school time meaningfully and creatively among peers

The lessons are suitable for complete beginners, as well as children who have already tried sewing and wish to continue.

The program will combine sewing fundamentals, creative tasks, textile exploration, and small design experiments.
We will also co-create the direction of some sessions with the children – based on their age, interests, creative aspirations, and, of course, the evolving "trends" of our little designers ✨

Preliminary times from September 2026

Planned weekly groups (you can also suggest other times):

• Group 1: Tuesdays 16:00–17:30
• Group 2: Wednesdays 18:00–19:30
• Group 3: Thursdays 15:00–16:30
• Group 4: Fridays 14:00–15:30

📌 The schedule is preliminary and will be finalized closer to September, taking into account interest and group composition.

Course Fee

🧵The price for weekly sessions is €79.00 per month (or €19.50 per lesson). All necessary equipment, sewing tools, materials, etc., are included. Additionally, students may bring their own chosen materials.

🧵 Tea and biscuits are also included (with parental blessing, but sometimes they are truly needed :-)

🧵Due to illness or other serious reasons, by notifying at least 24 hours before the lesson – students can miss a maximum of 1 lesson per month – that lesson will not be charged.
